The State of Music from the Eyes of an Executive(MY LAST TESTIMONY OF 2014)........written 12/12/14

   I'm gonna express this from my heart because it should be addressed. CONGRATULATIONS to Mr. Bill Withers for being the final participant to end out the fan voting of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame awards this year. Now to ALL these so called music lovers can't even vote on black artists who paved the way for you. I met Mr. Withers this year and I'm not gonna comment what he felt about the music today(memorable answer). I see all this crap coming to my inbox from all my social media networks and, the audacity of trying to give me orders about where they should be in the music industry. man somebody told you wrong cause you gotta earn the right to have creative control. Today there are 3 platinum artists on all levels so none for you can even talk about where your music goes. 

   For the record it's my job to expose nor tell what the business is about which is unprofessional and unethical. Stop asking me about my pay when its my own contractual stipulation to never disclose publicly. Personally I only know what I was taught by experienced colleagues who got long years in the music game and The Los Angeles Film School, respectively. I don't work for free so don't come at me with it ever!! Go to the down the corner, jive time, uncertified wanna be producers and they know who they are. You aren't worth my fingers to tap your names on my keyboards. I'm blessed to be in the position to change the business back to being respected and not being destroyed by artists who don't take the time to perfect their craft instead of forcing it like a prostitute. 

Now finally to Dr. Dre, MC Ren, Ice Cube, Dj Yella and my late cousin, Eazy-E for not just changing my life but changing rap music by exposing what the real bullshit of that time and, today nothing has not really changed. Police brutality and the constant disrespect of my black and brown brothers is at an all time high and OUR government is turning a deaf ear and blind eye as usual. Next year N.W.A will rightfully take place into the Hall because the movie will give you truth bottom line! I stand correct I have no problem with no man but the police is another issue. I want to reach out with these young gang members to understand I hear you because I know how it feels. Stop imitating the street game because its NO joke and only the strong survives.

I was blessed to have family who were older that taught me about it and its teachings has been priceless to express to my young homies. Music today is not a substance but a zest pool of negative fakery, no respect for the origins and the same old talk is getting tired. If you want me to take you serious then come to me like a professional, some show business knowledge, and with something worth to present instead of your talk game.
